Welcome to this brand new site and indeed this brand new initiative from the Society for the Glorification of Savonarola. We are a Catholic devotional society whose aim is to provide education about the much maligned Dominican friar Girolamo Savonarola and to work towards his Beatification and eventual Canonisation by the Catholic church. We will be providing devotional texts, prayers, and other devotional material about the great friar as well as organising many events (liturgical and non-liturgical) to further both his cause and a wider knowledge about Savonarola!
